Saturday Mail Wrap-Up April 28, 2012

Mail this week was a bit slow until today.  Earlier this week I received a $3.99 refund check as well as a bottle of gummi vitamins.

Today, however, I received $22 in refund checks, a bottle of nail polish, and a large priority mail envelope.  Because I have had affidavits for sweepstakes wins come in large priority mail envelopes I was very excited.   As I ripped open the enveleope, I learned I won a $10 Family Dollar gift card!  It cost them $5 to mail me a $10 gift card!

I am thinking I may be starting a slow period for sweepstakes wins.  When I was in the hospital in February and the weeks after that, I missed more days of entering sweepstakes during that time period than I did in all of 2011.  I know I'll likely see a lack of wins at some point due to not getting as many entered and I wonder if I'm already there and will see less wins for a while.  I guess time will tell. . .
